Recovering data with software can be a touchy operation. This is because saving programs or files to your hard drive can accidentally write over the data you're looking to recover. This is why we recommend that our key programs be saved directly to your floppy drive. The demo downloads consist of a file with a small imprint, and extract directly onto your floppy. This is key, as some competitive programs require you to install them in Windows before use. Beware of such programs. They can overwrite the very data which you are trying to recover!!
Data Recovery Software Return Policy
Our technical staff have the authority to approve or reject all returns. If in fact our technicians determine that a return is appropriate, you will be issued with an RMA slip. Data Recovery Software Services does reserve the right to offer in house data recovery services as an alternative to an RMA, as in most cases our software is only returnable when there is an actual physical problem with your drive.
It is also important to note that any return request must be made with seven days or 1 week of purchase. Returns are only granted for actual technical problems. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Please ensure you have tried a demo before purchasing any product to ensure the software works for your situation.
